The Groundskeeper is responsible maintaining the gardens, trees, pond, driveways and other landscaping elements. In addition, this role is expected to do painting when weather is prohibitive of working outside. Must stay on task with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Ability to read and comprehend simple notices and instructions, including operating procedures and safety rules. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
