    Provides leadership and direction to customer service and inside sales staff, promotes exceptional customer service and a positive team atmosphere and provides assistance and support for the Customer Service Manager. 



    • Trains and assists in hiring, training and developing customer service and inside sales staff. Also assist in training on new systems and maintain training manuals for current and new systems.
    • New EPR Super User-assist in training and roll out of new ERP system.

    • Maintain vendor restrictions and capsule machine forms
    • Answers or directs customer questions from customer service representatives to appropriate Frontier personnel. 

    • Promotes positive team environment in Customer Service/Inside Sales Departments. 

    • Serves as an advocate for the customer. 

    • Confers with internal departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns. 

    • Coordinates activities of and participates in evaluation of Customer Service/Inside Sales representatives. 

    • Prepares and distributes daily and monthly reports including daily call reports, monthly catalog mailings, and various other reports.

    • Answers customer calls as necessary. 

    • Communicates and enforces company policies.

    • Monitors work flow for Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives.

    • Serves as a backup and provides support for the Customer Service/Inside Sales Manager.

    • Other duties may be assigned.

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1 to 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.




    Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, reports and memos. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with a variety of people and respond to basic questions in situations where common courtesy and tact are needed.




    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret bar graphs.
