    SUMMARY

    The Business analyst will work closely with Brand Marketing leaders, Direct Manager, Digital Marketing staff and creative staff to ensure successful execution of Marketing Digital Strategy. You will support that strategy though the execution of automated marketing campaigns, understanding of consumer behavior using analytics, ensuring we have optimized Search Engine Optimization and content management.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Work with Marketing and Digital teams to be a thought leader ensuring the supporting technology (Watson Campaign Automation, Adobe Experience Manager and Quantum Metrics) are poised to support the marketing calendar and drive traffic to our Brand and Commerce sites.
    • Work with business partners to transform and develop business requirements into system design and implementation.
    • Work with fellow business analysts and solution architect to ensure the optimal integration and data flow across the applicable portfolio and ensure alignment with the enterprise technology map.
    • Partner with Senior Director of IT to design and execute strategy to continually strive to offer customers, vendors, and employees an unmatched digital experience.
    • Define and document internal user interfaces and support system and data requirement clarification and definition.
    • Assists in quality assurance and define testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
    • Work with technology partners when development is required.
    • Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
    • Develop functional specifications directing technology partners in the delivery of required development.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

     

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in computer science or related field, from four-year College or university; and 1-2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Background in marketing automation, content management or website analytics preferred.

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as highly detailed professional, scientific, and technical journals, and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company. Ability to write speeches, articles or memos using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to such groups as top management, boards of directors, or the general public.

     

    QUANTITATIVE SKILLS

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to comprehend basic production, financial or scientific principles. Ability to use a computer to create spreadsheets and charts, run reports, and analyze and apply that information to make practical, day-to-day business decisions.

     

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

     

    • Ability to think critically and creatively to learn fast and execute on the details.
    • Strong project and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
