SUMMARY
Responsible for overall cleanliness of designated offices and deep cleaning of all plant infrastructure and equipment on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Empties trash and recycling receptacles and cardboard and plastic wrap compactors.
- Sorts and disposes of recyclable items in the recycling bin.
- Sweeps, wet-mops and/or vacuums floors in cafeteria, childcare, gym, offices, and all warehousing areas.
- Cleans bathrooms, including sinks, toilets and floors.
- Restocks dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels and soap.
- Carries out special cleaning projects as required; including stripping and waxing floors and carpet cleaning.
- Cleans equipment and infrastructure using cleaning chemicals, foamers and allocators (Weekend)
- Cleans and drives all rolling stock including pickers, forklifts, scissor lifts and pallet jacks. (Weekend)
- Deep cleans floors using ride on floor scrubbers and hand mopping. (Weekend)
- Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical.
- Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training.
- Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action.

SUMMARY
Performs various distribution functions involved in the accurate and timely shipment of customer orders, including pulling products from inventory, scanning items for accuracy and boxing orders for shipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Determines order needs; scans products from inventory shelves and places in bins, checks items to meet our quality standard and correct quantities. Packages products in a proper manner to provide quality service for the customer.
- Monitors and records inventory stock levels and stocks partial case inventory.
- Scans codes of pulled items, checks aganist order and resolves discrepencies.
- Verifies shipping information and boxes items; follows any special packing instructions on the pull sheet.
- Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible and re-use resources when practical.

SUMMARY
Performs all tasks involved in the production of Frontier’s products. Follows standard processes, and practices safe work habits to ensure that production is as efficient and safe as possible. Performs general tasks in the area such as boxing, filling, labeling, and cleaning. Communicates respectfully and honestly to others.

- All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production .
- Cases and palletizes finished product for inventory.
- Assists with material handling, bottling, packaging, labeling, and blending equipment.
- Completes necessary documentation, including worksheets and computerized tracking systems for each product.
- Verifies product and supplies are accurate.
- Uses and maintains familiarity with assembly, packaging, and measuring tools.
- Performs special packaging projects as scheduled.
- Works with other departments to resolve problems as they arise.
- Samples product for quality control checks.
- Visually inspects materials and supplies for defects; reports defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.

SUMMARY
Responsible for evaluating existing processes and to configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process. The main focus of the process engineer’s work is on maintaining reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers. The process engineer is a part of a team driven to identify, develop and deliver innovative solutions, driven to constantly improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluates, prioritizes, and advises on engineering projects by investigating costs, requirements, data, and necessary equipment.
- Responsible for specifying, justifying, processing and installation of equipment and major facility expansions for all divisions.
- Assists in troubleshooting processing, packaging, distribution, and warehousing equipment problems and in the formulation of solutions.
- Serves as project lead for major equipment or facility changes.
- Selection, scheduling, and management of sub-contractors.
- Continual improvement focus on process waste-reduction, cost reduction and process constraint indentification and reduction.
- Provide technical support to help improve utilization and line balancing.
- Performs engineering and maintenance work if needed to complete pending projects.
