    SUMMARY

     

    Responsible for supporting brand managers in executing Food & Flavorings marketing initiatives.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides support to brand managers on various projects including development of merchandising solutions, creative materials, packaging, sales data and competitive pricing analysis.
    • Responsible for project management of brand product labels including proofing, updates and ongoing regulatory compliance. Works with cross-functional teams to lead label projects from start to finish..
    • Builds brand coupons in NCH portal; tracks and analyzes redemptions.
    • Work with sales and marketing teams to execute in-store demo’s, VIP customer events, trade shows and other merchandising occasions.
    • Develops and tracks ECN’s for new products, BOM changes, label updates, etc.
    • Places sample orders and brand products to support brand marketing events.
    • Keeps informed of industry and competitive trends.
    • Project coordination and other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

     

    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, sales, advertising, business administration, or related field; and 0 to 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

     

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as highly detailed professional, scientific, and technical journals and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to retail and broker partners, consumers, vendors and suppliers.

     

     

    QUANTITATIVE SKILLS

     

    Ability to comprehend the most complex financial principles. Ability to use a computer to create highly customized spreadsheets, charts and reports, presentations, and interpret data.

     

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, analytical, and creative skills.
    • Detail and results oriented.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
