    Spearhead the creation of communication strategies and tactics to create meaningful ways to connect our brand to consumers. Supports the development and implementation of those connections across all consumer touchpoints, including package design, in-store marketing and merchandising, digital advertising and social community management.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Collaborates closely with the brand manager and marketing engagement team to develop a holistic communications strategy that creates brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints, identifying and establishing objectives and strategies for each.
    • Develops integrated campaign strategies and engagement marketing project plans, ensuring the projects are completed on time and on budget.
    • Assists marketing engagement manager and/or director of marketing engagement in directing design, content, digital and community engagement deliverables.
    • Develops and ensures adherence to brand design and copy guidelines.
    • Analyzes all marketing engagement performance metrics, providing reporting and data insights to brand leadership to recommend continuous improvements.
    • Consistently initiate new marketing ideas, projects, process improvements and test-and-learn strategies.
    • Additional roles as required, to be determined by the director of marketing engagement.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

     

    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in marketing, communications, business, or related field; and 3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Facebook Blueprint certification and Google Adwords certification.

     

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

     

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret such items as highly detailed professional, scientific, and technical journals, and legal documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from both inside and outside the company. Ability to write speeches, articles, or memo using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to such groups as top management, boards of directors, or the general public.

     

    QUANTITATIVE SKILLS

     

    Ability to comprehend the most complex financial principles. Ability to use a computer to create highly customized spreadsheets, charts and reports, presentations, and interpret data. Ability to analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and the most detailed types of financial documents, and apply information to make long-term, strategic decisions.
