    As the digital arm of our brand-specific marketing engagement team, you’ll collaborate with content and design team members to create meaningful ways to connect our brand to consumers. Then you’ll lead the development and implementation of those connections via various digital consumer touchpoints, including owned and paid social media, mobile, email, influencers and other digital platforms.




    • Collaborates closely with the marketing engagement team to develop and create consumer experiences across multiple digital platforms, identifying and establishing objectives and strategies for each.
    • Manages and monitors paid digital marketing activities.
    • Develops integrated content calendar for all digital platforms, ensuring on-time delivery for publishing.
    • Manages and monitors content and consumer engagement on all social media platforms.
    • Spearheads production of digital asset development across content, creative and third-party resources (agency, influencers, freelancers, etc.).
    • Analyzes marketing and content performance, using data insights to recommend continuous improvements.
    • Additional roles as required, to be determined by the director of marketing engagement.
    • Consistently initiate new marketing ideas, projects, process improvements, and test and learn strategies.
    • Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible and re-use resources when practical.
    • Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training.
    • Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in business, communications or marketing; 1-2 experience in producing email campaigns, websites and digital advertising. Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Facebook Blueprint certification and Google Awards certification preferred. 



    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret            such items such as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or simple governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions where a certain degree of tact and discretion is needed.



    Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.   



    • Ability to successfully run, optimize and manage digital marketing campaigns that includes social media, email, mobile experiences, Google and influencers. 
    • Experience with email software and website content management systems.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects.
    • Experience with Google Analytics and advertising reporting.
    • Experience with HTML, CSS
