Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Engineering Automation Technician will be instrumental in the design, support and optimization of control systems and processes that are mission-critical to the continued growth and evolution of the organization.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, develop, install, and test manufacturing automation control systems - Provide timely and effective engineering support to all manufacturing operations for control system applications - Update, modify and continuously improve control systems - Provide expertise to support efficiency, quality, safety, and throughput improvements through optimization of control system functionality - Create and revise electrical drawings (electronic and print variants) - Troubleshooting processing, packaging, distribution, and warehousing equipment problems and participate in the formulation of solutions. - Ensure electrical and controls installations and operations are in accordance with relevant guidelines, codes, and safety requirements (NFPA 70,79 etc.) - Prepare documentation (e.g. RFQs, BOMs, control narratives, purchase orders, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information. - Assist in the qualification and procurement of hardware and software solutions - Analyze project requirements and perform technical calculations necessary for control system design and solution qualification - Coordinate controls-oriented maintenance activities, as needed, with production departments to insure uninterrupted plant operations. - Coordinate and manage, as needed, support from outside contractors and equipment manufacturers. - Performs expert-level troubleshooting of controls systems and equipment. - Supports initiatives to increase output, standardization, and repeatability of designs and programs through developing and continuously improving engineering tools and work processes. - Actively engage in RCA events, CI activities and tracking of Machine Downtime. - Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action. - Other duties as assigned or required.   QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. And to create a stronger company built on a commitment to quality and sustainability.   SUMMARY The Category Management Strategist role is responsible for driving category strategies with a designated retailer that result in market leading category growth and joint value creation. This person will serve as the primary category resource for multiple stakeholders at the customer’s headquarters. This person should be strategic as well as an expert in OMNI analytics, assortment discipline, business processes, and key shopper insights / category systems.   ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Serve as Category Advisor on specified categories and departments. - Provide unbiased strategic and tactical recommendations to retailer based on category, market, and consumer insights to improve category performance. - Uncover business opportunities with deep-dive analytics using a variety of resources including, but not limited to: Nielsen ScanTrak and Home panel data. - Responsible for leading category insights and analytics to provide value-added reporting to customer on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Develop and propose growth plans for focus segments, regional opportunities, promotional effectiveness, and assortment planograms. - Utilize consumer decision trees, macro consumer insights and other shopper research to define & communicate category/shopper trends to drive category-optimizing insights. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business, marketing, statistics, business analytics or related field - 3-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred - Must have the ability to understand and interpret shopper and category insights research and develop strategies/learning plans - Strong understanding of syndicated data with the ability to leverage multiple external data resources and elevate team’s capabilities - Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor skills and presentation style to a variety of key decision makers.

Follows standard processes, and practices safe work habits to ensure that production is as efficient and safe as possible. Performs general tasks in the area such as boxing, filling, labeling, and cleaning. Communicates respectfully and honestly to others.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Expected to be available to work in all areas of production or distribution and are expected to operate equipment on lines at least 50% of their hours worked. - Makes equipment adjustments as needed to ensure a quality finished product. Must be able to perform major production line changeovers without the help of maintenance staff. - Comes into contact with and handles powerful rare earth magnets. - Performs special packaging projects as scheduled. - Maintains equipment in accordance with SOP’s and preventative maintenance schedules, and is required to train others in performing the job effectively. - Works with production planning on a daily basis to help determine an efficient production schedule. - Cases and palletizes finished product for inventory. - Operates material handling, packaging, and processing equipment. - Samples product for quality control checks. - Visually inspects materials and supplies for defects; reports defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor. - Completes necessary documentation, including worksheets and computerized tracking systems for each product. - Verifies product and supplies are accurate. - Disassembles, cleans, and reassembles machinery. - Uses and maintains familiarity with assembly, packaging, and measuring tools. - Works with other departments to resolve problems as they arise. - Works with Quality Assurance to monitor Statistical Process Controls and other quality related issues. - Has a critical role in assuring food safety and quality. - Responsible for monitoring critical control points and reporting any non-conformances related to food safety and quality to supervisor. - Proactively communicates continual improvement suggestions. - Follows safety, sanitation, production, quality and food safety procedures. - Strives to reduce waste, recycle products whenever possible, and re-use resources when practical. - Works safely at all times, follows safety rules and policies and participates in scheduled training. - Reports injuries and near misses promptly and in required detailed format; proposes corrective action. - Other duties may be assigned.   QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
